During Root Canal Treatment Endodontist who specializes in such treatment performs the treatment in three stages namely _ access cavity preparation where the cavity is prepared or old filling is removed to remove out the infected part (pulp) of tooth. Secondly the step where cleaning, disinfecting and shaping of the canal is done so that the third step that is obscuration (filling) or sealing of the space where the pulp was removed is done using a filling material.

Here removal of inflamed or infected tissue and very end of root is done .A small filling is placed to seal the end of root canal and a few stitches or sutures placed to help heal the tissue.
- Traumatic dental injuries_ Managing dental injuries in case of accidents or sports injuries.
- In such cases commonly we find dislodged tooth or knocked down tooth when injuries become severe. Treatment depends on type, location and severity of each injury. After a thorough examination by Endodontist if at all the adjacent tooth is involved, both the tooth are treated and the necessary is done to save the injured tooth.
- After RCT the specialists help in placing a crown or cap for the treated tooth is it ceramic crown, zirconia or metal crowns.
